Roya’s sales have included all types of residential properties. These have been located in all of Houston’s urban and suburban areas such as The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Kingwood, West Houston, Inner loop, Galleria and Memorial areas. If her clients are not certain about the area of Houston in which they want to live, Roya will spend all the time necessary showing them a variety of properties in many different areas in order to ascertain an understanding of the type of home they want to purchase.
Roya believes: "Nothing surpasses getting out there and driving the streets to get a good feel of what appeals to people. When I know the type of home and neighborhood that a client wants, I concentrate on previewing the homes on the market in the area they choose and constantly research new listings."

Roya has a Masters degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Houston. She is married with two daughters ages 14 and 20 and her leisure pursuits include traveling with family, biking, movies, and going to museums.
