Visitors to Houston, upon seeing the maze of construction, often comment, “It’ll be a great place if they ever get it finished.” Thirty-nine year Meyerland resident and Realtor Sidney Aron disagrees. “The city’s greatness lies in the fact that it is forever being finished.” Spoken like a true real estate agent.
Sidney covers the sites and sees the vision from Meyerland, Galleria Area, Memorial, Southwest, Medical Center to West University.
When Sidney speaks of real estate he speaks in terms like “fabulous experience...real estate is fun…I enjoy every minute.” He adds: “I’m comfortable with who I am in my own skin.”
Sidney’s success covers not only his years in real estate, but also many years in the home furnishings industry with the highly successful Aron Galleries.
A member of the national, state and local Realtors Associations, Sidney has been the recipient of such awards as the Circle of Stars and designations including Global Relocation Specialist. Sidney always finds time to give back to the community, for example, the Museum of Fine Arts, United Way, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Texas Children’s Hospital. He also serves on the board of the Meyerland Association.
A native Houstonian, Sidney received his education at The University of Texas, University of Hosuton and the prestigious Traphagen School of Design.
Sidney’s interests outside of real estate include his wife, 4 grown children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Sidney has this to say about selling homes, “They sell themselves. I’m just there for the ride.” He adds, “It’s a natural fit.”
