Cathi Lamberth is a native Houstonian who grew up in West University and specializes in marketing residential properties from inside Loop 610 to Beltway 8. Although she resides in Timbergrove Manor, her sales have included homes in West University, Bellaire, Uptown District, Houston Heights, Midtown, Montrose, Timbergrove Manor, Memorial and other neighborhoods.

Before becoming licensed as a Texas real estate agent in 2003, she spent eight years in retail sales, management and fashion merchandising. “After working with local higher-end boutiques where exceptional customer relations were very important, I wanted to work in association with a real estate company that offered first-class service,” said Cathi.

Since joining the team at Beth Wolff GMAC Real Estate in 2004, Cathi has used the combination of a work ethic offering clients exceptional service along with knowledge of Houston and its residential marketplace to contribute to her success. She was given Beth Wolff Realtors Top Producer award in 2008 and was named Realtor of the Week in June of 2008 by the Houston Chronicle.

With a Corporate Mobility Specialist Designation, knowing Houston and its history so well has been beneficial for the relocation clients she has helped. She introduces them to the city and its unique restaurants and stores, and then helps pinpoint the area where they would like to purchase a home.

“It is most rewarding to see my clients pleased after the process of buying or selling a home and the biggest compliment I receive is the referrals they send me in return for having done a good job,” says Cathi.
