Native Houstonian Larry Schroder is a natural at helping people with their Real Estate needs. Having grown up in the Real Estate Business, his parents taught him how important it is to listen to your clients and to look out for their best interest. Larry Schoder specializes in High-rises, Lofts and Townhomes. The majority of his business is new construction - and he really enjoys educating his clients on all of the options that are available. Many new High-rises are currently being built, and several recently announced. There are also several new Loft developments in Downtown, as well as one in River Oaks and the Heights. Developers are still going strong in Mid-Town and are now beginning to build lofts on the East side of Downtown. Larry Schroder earned a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and is an active lifetime member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. After college, Larry worked for a major relocation company transferring Boeing employees around the country. This experience along with a strong market knowledge makes Larry very effective when assisting his buyer and sellers.
