Stephen Sheffer, a resident of the Woodlands since 1979, received his B.B.A. from Texas A & M University. Involved in residential construction and sales since 1993, Stephen has built and sold scores of homes throughout the Greater Houston area. Stephen started his building career with a large scale-production builder and moved into the custom market in 2002. His experience in the custom building market gave him the background to open his own custom home building firm. He has built townhomes in the $200’s to $1M plus custom homes in the medical center and Memorial areas.

With a focus on quality and customer service, Stephen is involved in the design, sales, and construction of the homes he builds. He has a strong working relationship with several of the city's most respected architects. Stephen is an accomplished negotiator and has worked as diligently for his real estate clients as he has for the families he has built homes. His experience allows him to assist his clients in all areas of real estate. He specializes in the neighborhoods of Bellaire, West University Place, Spring Valley, Memorial, and The Woodlands, but assists buyers and sellers throughout Houston and the surrounding area.

Stephen is an active member in The Association of Former Students of Texas A & M University, the Greater Houston Builder's Association, the Houston Association of Realtors as well as several other organizations. He enjoys cooking, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and four children.
