Seth Caplan is a 4^th generation Houstonian. He graduated from Bellaire High School and majored in business at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

He grew up in the southwest inner loop area and as a native Houstonian feels comfortable working in all areas of the city and surrounding communities.

As one of six children, Seth has qualities of perseverance, patience, and a great outlook on life. He enjoys traveling and gained an appreciation of architecture through time spent in Barcelona, Spain. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his French Bulldog, Betty.
